Terry Smith, Senior Vice President — System Architect

Terry Smith has fifteen years experience in financial services. Prior to joining Risk Fundamentals, he served as President of his consulting company, T Smith Associates.  His other experience includes Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where he ran development efforts for the Investment Banking Division; Director and Vice President at Instinet, where he developed order management and trading systems; Vice President at Bankers Trust, where he ran development for the NY Equity Derivative and Cash Equities trading desks; he began his financial services career at Credit Suisse (then CSFB) developing parallel computing algorithms for CMO prepayment models.

Mr. Smith has a Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina. Mr. Smith has completed all course work and comprehensive exams towards a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin.
